“The order I received- a mixture of their gel/kohl eyeliners and the glitter flip liquid lipsticks- were okay at best. I was not happy with the eyeliners at all! The pigment is decent but after a few hours tops it becomes so messy! It runs and gives you raccoon eyes... My drugstore brand eyeliner is honestly creamier and stays put way longer, so save the money and don’t even look at the eyeliners. The lipsticks are also okay... the glitter effect is NOT what you see on social media and is a lot more subtle in real life. I will still use them because the actual colors are pretty and suits my tan skin tone well... I like that the glitter doesn’t fall out and stays put on the lips at least... Unfortunately I would say that this brand is more hype than anything- thanks to social media. Models are PAID to advertise the brand, so don’t expect the actual products to match what you see online. I would honestly not order from this brand again.”

“really not all that happy, the advertised sparkle is way off from what you actually get. Maybe it is different w/ the more bold colors but not with the ones I purchased. Unfortunate, I was hopeful.”

“I bought two of the lip colors (Glitter Flip Candy & Forbidden) that supposedly wouldn't rub off. I love the color tones, but they do come off. It didn't stay on well at all.”

“The colors are gorgeous but they do not stay on the inside of your lip, even with primer. After an hour it just looks like a thick application of lip liner.”

“Even though I do really like the colors the lipstick left my lips very very dry. The glitter didn’t pop like the and was a very matte finish. The lipstick was also very difficult to remove. I’m sorry but I would not recommend this to anyone.”

“I got two shades, both brushes were hardened and misshapen when they arrived. The shades I got were okay, but they were impossible to apply. I probably won’t order anything else from this company.”

“I was not as pleased with the actual products advertising vs reality. The gloss sparkles before drying so it was not as cool as it sounded. I'm glad I got one free because I really do not feel they are worth the money.”

“The lipstick is okay. I don’t like how goopy it is. It takes practice to get it to go on and it’s not kiss proof. I do love the glitter and that’s why I gave it 2 stars.”

“Although the stamp eyeliner was great, I was disappointed with the glitter flip products. The colors were nothing like those on the website and the applicators had "divets" in them as if they had been cut into, so the application was not smooth at all.”

“Neither color I ordered looks anything like what they did online. To add to that, both colors look terrible on me. This is my first time shopping with Ciaté and I’m pretty disappointed. I wrote customer service yesterday am (1/6) and it replied that they were out of the office until 1/2 for the new year and never heard anything else. I heard nothing but good things about this product, so I’m not sure what went wrong with my order.”

“The products I got work great, but the bail polishes were not wrapped very well and one busted open. There was nail polish on all of the rest of my packaging. Not a good first experience.”
