“The lip gloss is heavy drying & doesn’t become glittery at all. It chapped my lips. Was VERY disappointed.”

“Bought two colors, neither one look like the color in the picture. The glitter isn't even close to the glitter in the video. As a matter of fact, there's barely any glitter at all. Also the lip gloss makes your lips super dry and it feels like sand on your lips. Very disappointed. I'll never buy them again.”

“Please don’t waste your money. This product arrived with a application brush that is jagged and painful to the touch of the lips.The color was dull and not as shiny as the photos online.I thought I had gotten a defective lipstick so I asked for a replacement however Their replacement was exactly the same. I am waiting for a refund at the moment. This is been a waste of money and time. Buyer beware”

“I recently ordered two of the advent nail polish calendars directly from your website (Order #66000US). I was told that any order over $35.00 USD would qualify for free shipping. Much to my surprise when I was informed that the incorrect amount of postage had been paid by your company and that I would not receive my package unless I paid an additional $16.15 for postage. My order was already well over $35 and the additional shipping amount that was required by the USPS was ridiculous due to an error from your company. Not only did I have to drive down in person to pick up the package but I had to pay the additional amount for the incorrect shipping fee. This obviously has left a very sour taste for your brand. I expect the refund to be made within a timely manner and an apology to be made. This is improper business tactics and you will not continue to grow as a company in the US if you continue to falsely advertise shipping fees. I know for one, I will not be shopping at Ciate again unless the refund and additional items are offered to me for the inconvenience of wanting to try your brand. “I am actually quite disappointed in the polishes. I got 3 colors and a top coat. I’ve tried them all, and every single one of them chipped within one day. There are so many good nail polishes these days, and these are NOT it. I would NOT recommend”

“Absolutely terrible product. My lip glosses arrived and were so clumpy. Nothing like the picture shows. When asked for a refund they said no refunds only replacements who would want a replacement after first time ordering such a terrible experience.”

“The brow blade that I bought in dark brown turns a dark green after wearing it on my eyebrows. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product! The gelogy nail polish and top coat chip by the third to fourth day. They are pretty but not long lasting as promised!!”
