“Never received product even though my tracking suggested it was delivered and have not heard anything back from the customer service about how they will rectify the situation. It’s been 6 days since I’ve heard a reply. Unheard of.”

“I received my order, when it came my nail polish was the wrong color. I contacted you guys via email and they said they will send right nail polish to me. When I received the second shipment I only received One nail polish and it was wrong again. This is ridiculous!!!”

“Awful😡I got the wrong order! There were two order numbers 80934 and another one which I cant find, I was sent two horrible purple lipsticks and the was told that was what I ordered😡 Social Media will hear about this!!!”

“I received my order today damaged. I ordered two bottles of mail polish, one for myself and one for my sister. Before I opened the box, there was a very strong smell of nail polish. Upon opening the box, I discovered that both bottles were broken and all of the nail polish was all over the plastic that the bottles were wrapped in. I contacted the company and requested a refund of the purchase price. I will never order from this company again.”

“Waste of money. The order was screwed up from the moment I visited the website. I was hoping it was glitch that gave me 3 of the same color, scandal red. It wasn't even one of the 3 orginal colors I picked out. I reached out to customer service and they would exchange for the colors I wanted once I did a return. They offered me no shipping label. Honestly, the return processing time and money to return a few 3 dollar lip glosses is not worth it. Is say you save your money and time.”

“I could smell hot nail polish as I walked up to my mailbox-I took it out and as soon as I started to get the box open nail polish started going everywhere. Everything I ordered was covered in the mail polish that was somehow completely busted in half, and it was the more expensive one of course. Worst experience I've ever had buying online so far, I'll be emailing customer service as soon as I have more time.”

“Very disappointed. Doesn’t come out looking even a tiny bit like advertised. Followed directions 100% Can’t see ANY sparkle whatsoever. Very matte.. no shine .. wipes off easily & no sparkle. Big disappointment”

“I would have loved to write a review of this beauty line. Unfortunately after ordering and tracking it through the system. It read delivered but I did not receive it. I have tried to go through my local post office with little help from them. I will probably not reorder.”

“The Glitter lip gloss that I purchased had to glitter in it at all. I bought 6 different ones and none of them had the glitter as advertised. I would say it’s false advertising. There are over priced and I was very unhappy with the purchase and will never buy anything else. Still upset and disappointed.”
