“The click and collect was very good but one of the items was damaged and it cost me nearly £9 to send it back should not have to pay to send back damaged items”

“I like the clothes on the the usc website, but it’s always hard to know what will fit and suit online, so I like to order with easy and free collection or delivery and returns; none of these were the case which was disappointing as I ended up paying lot in postage to receive and return items.”

“I was happy at the prices . Pretty gutted about the fact of the sizes with some stuff as they was not in stock. I think improvements need to be made on delivery regarding options and prices. Also I don't like how you can't use student discount if it's a sale item. Sure your losing out on money but money's tight snm.”

“Good service from USC in terms of quick delivery. But the product I ordered (K Swiss Tubes X Run Trainers) is very disappointing. There is no comfort what so ever with these trainers. After a day of wearing them my feet were swollen. They are so uncomfortable and nothing like the comfort, memory foam and flexibility it promotes. Not pleased with the trainers”

“Their delivery is very good. But the clothes they sell from Firetrap are not so hot as I ordered Firetrap clothing and the same size varies so much in their clothing and shoes. The same style shoe but different colours should of been exactly the same for fitting. They were terrible one was too small the other was OK but they both should have been OK. Their overall sizing in clothes are also suspect I ordered two different jogging bottoms same size waist but yet again the difference is vast. I gave these and the shoes to a friend so didn't send them back but in future do not trust their sizing expect to return.”

“Delivery is always on time. There are some good offers at times. Quality of clothing is good. But there should free delivery if you spend over a certain ammount. Also, there are no loyalty discounts.”

“I am happy with my replay jeans that i got at a bargain price but the postage charges are an absolute rip off! Theres no need to charge so much. I sell items myself and can post a few items for the price of usc! I mean who really wants a 5 pound voucher by using click and collect? Click and collect should be free as its internal and never goes in the post! Also the staff from the sports direct i collected it from were not the friendliest bunch.. why can i not collect from my local usc?? Poor service really! Unless another bargain comes up like the jeans i bought i wouls not use again!”

“Good selection of products and designer names. Would be good if you added diesel jeans back to your product list. In addition, the delivery charge is a little excessive and negates the competitive prices.”

“Collection email was quick although I had problems with pick up. I had called the store arranged for my sister to collect but they refused to give her them. I then had to contact again to be told she was able to collect them for me. This meant travelling twice to the store which isn't really acceptable after already speaking with a member of staff.”
