“My order is untrackable, on my order history, there is the Track Order button. It has no functionality and the code to track my parcel from the e-mail does not work.”

“Clothes good quality and fit. Clothes/Parcel seemed to come from Sports Direct not USC and was left outside for days in the rain in front of back gate so not a secure place and no note left.”

“I have previously emailed yourselves as I received my items after paying next day delivery for a present to find that one box had looked like it had been flung around, the shoes themselves had marks all over them (penguin trainers) also a soul cal t-shirt had marks on it. Of the three items I ordered, one item (fabric trainers) were in perfect condition. The other two were marked. I have added pictures of this.”

“USC website and delivery was very good. I ordered several items which arrived early and bar one item was very pleased with my purchases. However, I had to return one item (was not exactly what I was expecting from the picture and description) and was less impressed by their returns policy, where you have to pay for returning an item.”

“The product arrived quickly but unfortunately where too big and I found having to send back for a full refund is very inconvenient and not very straight forward. Having to go online and print your own label off and then pay postage back.... when I already paid postage to get the product delivered to store. This was off putting for myself to purchase again online, would shop in store in future.”

“My delivery came a lot quicker than expected. However the shoes I ordered were a different colour to what was advertised (they were navy instead of black) and I'm yet to hear back from customer services about this.”

“USC is good, but no one picks up calls in stores and its so hard to ask about how many they have in different stores. Online shopping is very easy and accessible and evrything is visibile. Really enjoyed shopping on here :)”

“i ordered some jeans which were good value so that made me happy in a way but to be honest, when i got them i was surprised with one of them having huge white patches on a dark wash. the picture on your site shows them as a faded type but the ones i received looked as if they have been scrubbed loads of times in the same area to remove colouring”

“Products are pretty good. But can not purchase in online frequently because of expensive delivery charges and bit painful return policy procedure. So forcibly going to other online shopping centers instead USC online shopping. why can't be competitive similar to other e-commerce retail online stores which are providing free delivery and smooth returning policies. It will loose the interest to purchase in online even products are awesome.”
