“Ordered two items, jeans perfect fit, however the top had stains on the back so had to be returned. Not impressed I had to pay to return faulty goods...”

“Prices are good but i was dissapointed to recieve an email to say the items ordered were not in stock so I only recieved one item I was quite annoyed as I spent a while choosing my order”

“I wouldn't say the shopping experience made me happy, the product did that. Having to use their Android app to purchase the trainers was painful. The whole purchasing process was very unfriendly and long-winded. The price of the product and postage discount made me perservere. The app needs an overhaul and money spent on UX. It's woeful.”

“I was decently happy with my products however one was inaccurate according to size. When purchased I looked at all the sizes making sure I had the correct measurements and when it arrived it was definitely way too big.”

“Good Prices. It was a great shame however that the clothes I ordered were thrown into the bag. They all arrived in a dreadful state. Some were in individual bags others weren't. My first impression was what on earth have I ordered.”

“I wasn't. I paid for next day delivery, which by the time I ordered, should've came the Tuesday (New Year affected this), yet Hermes didn't even contact me at all to say delivery was dalyed to the Wednesday - I ordered the Friday.”

“USC always have decent sales on top brands! Only negative has to be the £4.99 delivery charge when picking up an order from a store... this has stopped me ordering more products.”

“1 item was not able to get delivered as out of stock. I received an email a few days after order placed to notify and amount deducted from balance paid. Order deliver outside of quoted timescale, however was made over festive period. Otherwise all items delivered were great.”

“They haven’t I’m still awaiting my delivery. It’s been well over a week since I placed the order. Last I heard was an email Sunday saying order been processed and collected by it’s nominated courier.”

“Speedy delivery, and nice prices. Item (watch) came with no box which surprised me, and from that point forward I just assumed the item was a fake as I have many watches which all came with boxes. I could be wrong, but sometimes you get what you pay for.”
