“Was really happy wiv the fit of The lacoste striped polo. Am sorry to say it arrived wiv theft tag still attached n where the tag was fitted there were a couple of holes so I returned it to store and the staff were very efficient wiv refund has they had none in store. I av not let it put me off as sometimes s**t happen n I av now reordered online.”

“Always happy with the quality and price of my orders. Always good delivery service. However this is now my second order to arrive with a security tag left on an item. Looks like my husband will need the plier's out again.”

“I recentoy placed an order and it arrived fine. However I then went back on to create another order and had a basket of items worth over £200. I then continued to proceed with the order, only ro find out that I was still expected to pay £5.99 delivery and pay again to return items! I think USC needs to offer free delivery for customers spending a set amount considering companies like M&M Direct and Get The Label ect offer customers free delivery if they spend a set amount. So in the end I never placef my order of £212, purely due to not even getting offered free delivery for the large amount that I was going to spend. I would hate to know how much USC are loosing from customers choosing to go elsewhere when they find out that other companies are offering free delivery for people spending just £50. Yet no matter what you spend with USC you are stung with a £6 delivery fee on top. Not good if USC is wanting to compete with other online big branded stores. Thanks”

“Well I came in on Friday with my mother in law to exchange a present that she received for Christmas. She was told she could only do this online and that no charge would be added. So when we got back home I was the one who tried to order on line for her only to be told about a £8.00 delivery charge which is ridiculous, you should explain this charge to your staff so they don’t tell customers lies.! so basically now she has to pay for her present! This also wasn’t home delivery this was delivery to the shop where she would have to go to pick it up! it would have been more to deliver it to her house!”

“Quick at exchanging and sending back out however not happy with delivery and having to pay for returns.£12.9 to return 3 items and 1 was mis sent by USC so it has cost me £16 On top of the cost of the jumper o will keep”

“After initial purchase I received mail saying one item was out of stock ... which meant I had to choose another item and add on another delivery charge which I was not happy at doing ..! Obviously stock control does not reflect real time ..or this would not happen.”

“I ordered a Christmas gift but after the billing address I wasn't asked if there was a different delivery address and forgot, so Hermes tried twice to deliver to billing address without success. On tracking the order and speaking to Hermes on Christmas Eve, they advised the only way I could change the address was to contact you, so I sent a message to you Christmas Eve explaining the correct delivery address and am awaiting the delivery to 5 Beckhall, Welton, Lincs, LN2 LJ and a reply. Karen”
