“the online store is a lot better then what they actually have on offer instore”

“Prompt delivery no problems with that. However was told i would get a £5 voucher upon pick up. Not expecting it to be for sports direct (a place i would not shop in) and also it had to be spent within 24hours. Had i known this i would not have agreed to pick up from there. Bit of a rip off to entice the customer to pur hase. Probably not again”

“Some of the items got delivered. Items listed as 'in stock' on the website were 'out of stock' and not available for my order. The item is still on the website list as 'in stock'.”

“Hi, I am happy that I have received a really good quality item - one of two of the ordered items. Second one is out of stock and I am still waiting for USC to pay me the money back for this item! Can you please sort this out!?”

“It appears USC were quick to send perfume but their chosen delivery company Hermes were really slow and I received it 4 days after I had received a similar item from another company (which was free compared to 3.99 charge for Hermes). Not much communication from Hermes until day of delivery and USC help line could not give me much help as 'contact us' email needed an order number before I could send but I wasn't issued with one on my email so couldn't use that service. Took an hour to find a valid telephone help line number and they couldn't help either - was really worried that I had ordered from dodgy company for 2 days! So basically after sales service and deliver company needs to be improved please.. thanks”

“The products and brands are good, and sale prices very fair. Delivery was fairly swift, with re-delivery attempted and kept up to date with estimates timings. However, the picture of the t-shirt I ordered did not match the item that turned up! the picture was a black/grey fade and the actual item was blue/navy fade, which was misleading as you would expect the photo to match the description. At £4.99 for delivery and returns also at your own expense, I certainly don't want to have to pay to return this, (totaling almost half the cost of the item), and choose another with limited time left. It is a Christmas present, I just hope the receiver isn't disappointed!”
