“not Very happy due to me spending over £100 on items then haveing to pay £27 for returns I think this is very poor service where you normal get free returns with other company’s I will not be ordering from here again”

“prices were great took me days to get my order together, but once i did i receive an email 2 days later informing me a pair of shoes were out of stock when in fact they were in stock 2 days before hand when the order was place. i was unhappy as these are christmas gifts now forcing me to go pay double for shoes i was only getting because of the offer”

“Good prices but ordered clothes for my son and checked out. Forgot to add converses to my order for my daughter so had to pay for delivery again! No option to amend order and add items on 😓”

“The website was very easy and clear to use very happy with the product when it arrived. The only issue I had was I use the option to have my parcel delivered to a local shop by D.P.D courier this was a very poor service I was given a pick up date then got an e-mail informing me that the parcel was delayed to the next day I went to pick it up and it was not there three days went by and no further communication from the courier I could not get any information when I phoned to enquire about my order was told it was on its way and just had to wait very poor service and poor communication from D.P.D I would use USC again but will never use that delivery option again.”

“I ordered 2 tops they came one was massive and the other was tiny like it would fit a child! I had to pay for delivery and also pay to send it back which is a joke!”

“I was dissappointd when my package arrived boxes were completely squashed and crumpled up as they had been squeezed through my letter box.As it was a gift it really doesnt look nice to give.”

“Good service however would of been better if you asked should you still send the bottoms that went with the top I ordered when the top was not in stock . Now have t take bottoms back to shop as no top to go with them .”

“The products I purchased were good, but £4.99 for delivery on a click and collect is absolutely ridiculous, regardless of the £5 bribe voucher, which is only good if your buying something else!”

“I placed an order and paid for it but after a couple of days was told an item was out of stock even though it allowed me to order it and received a refund. However, following receiving the rest of my order I went online to find that the item was in stock so I ordered it again but course cost me another £4.99 for a very light and small item!”

“The product I ordered was perfect but I paid for next day delivery and the order arrived 4 days later, I had to contact USC and request a refund for the delivery charge. USC won’t be at the top of my ‘to use’ list.”

“Not for the first time I found USC accepted my order only for them to either cancel or in this case part cancel the order with no explanation. The items I did receive however appear to be fine.”

“Placed order all items showing in stock, however then got an email to state one item was out of stock, so they cancelled the item! Different colours were available but not offered, this should be done before u cancel an item.”
