“Everything came quickly and was all correct however one of the pairs of jeans I ordered for my partner were delivered as if someone had just taken them off. They were all crumpled and stuffed up as though someone had just stepped out of them and then shoved in a clear polly bag. Wasn't best impressed”

“Ive orderd from usc a few times and its a shame its happened evrytime. Whenever ive ordered something in stock at the time ive received an email few days later saying item has been cancelled as its out of stock”

“My order was correct however when it arrived it had a sale sticker on it for £42 and I had paid £60 this I was not happy about”

“One item delivered bagged as a Medium, tagged as a Medium but clothing label is a Large. Having to return to USC for the correct Medium size I ordered. And still not been contacted by USC 6 days after delivery. Plus is at my expense.”

“Well for my order I didn’t receive any item got lost somewhere along the line, but refund was immediate so that service was good they did ask to send the order again minus some bits as was out of stock , took refund instead”

“Black Friday deal, spent £100 get a twenty pound voucher, spent £200 and didn't receive any vouchers. Do I get send a email with them? Apart from that everything is fine.”

“Was going to get intouch with you, just noticed when wrapping my presents, that I was charged £64 for the hoodie , but had a £55 sticker o label?? Can you refund me the difference please??”

“Happy with my product but disappointed the size I wanted wasn’t in store. Very disappointed that I had to pay £5 delivery charge to have it delivered to the store. This is free with most other popular shops.”
