“Information on website is not the best order a tshirt but arrived in a colour I wasn't expecting which will cost me to send back then wait untill money is refund which will be to late to order again as is for xmas present”

“Not very happy. This is the first time I’ve ordered from USC. I spent over hundred pounds and had to return a pair of boots that were too small. These were delivered by Hermès but had to pay for the registered return myself £6.50. I am now waiting for the exchange to arrive!!”

“customer services was spot on. I had to return the jeans I purchased as I ordered the wrong size. I paid for delivery to home ans when returning the item I was not able to get a refund for the delivery. very disappointing. I also purchased on black Friday 25% off as the trousers then went back up to original price I had to pay the difference for the same pair of trousers. very disappointed!”

“Little disappointed having ordered online some USApro leggings endorsed by little mix for my 8 year old niece which firstly still has a security tag left on it ! choosing the specific leggings thought they may of had little mix logo on them but altas not!”

“Excellent value for money the clothing and speedy shipping. The only reason I don’t shop to regular is I think delivery to store could be free. Like most places these days they offer free delivery to store and I think that’s makes people go back. In the plus side once your in store aswell, make you want to look around and shop more so it will make more money for yourselves.”

“It made me happy due to the fact I got good clothes from the shop but unhappy due to the fact my next day delivery wasn’t as promised. Although this isn’t to do with the company and instead, the delivery company. I was looking forward to my clothes for a party👍👎”
