“Order a coat online paid next day Del it came with a cheaper price than I paid for it😡 sent picture to customer service but they said it was on there by mistake ! I paid £132 after Black Friday sale sticker said £115 😡😡”

“Good priced items. Unfortunately clothe size advertised not actually stocked, incorrect sizes sent. Very poor packaging, perfume boxes arrived damaged. Unable to find customer service number on any order deliver documentation, so had to email. Poor communication from customer services, actual questions asked ignored and not answered. Refunded processed for returned clothing pretty quick. Room for improvement”

“Great prices on some items however a pair of jeans ordered were screwed up in a ball no wrapping looking like someone had just taken them off I’ve returned them and requested postage repaid”

“Why don't you ask how you s can improve ? Paying a delivery charge of that amount will lose you customers I have went to order a number of times from you but stopped due to this. You also left the security bug on my shorts which then cost me 20 minutes in Matalan to try and get this off. It was embarrassing and I d's in a huge rush. However I do love your store and some of the items to sell Thank you”

“Well the XL boys ages 13 track suit was way too small for a 13 year old and the 11-12 age boys tracksuit fitted my 6 year old nephew. The sizing of your tracksuits are ridiculous they are not true to size. But they are nice and thick tracksuits just a shame about the sizing.”

“I was pleased with the speed with which I received the order - which is a Christmas present for my son, however the packaging was very poor - the shoe box was damaged and it was sent in a flimsy black bag, which when the parcel arrived had a hole in it! I've got to repair the box before I wrap the gift for Christmas.”

“Overall I am happy with service but feel the items could have been packed better. Boxes of perfume and aftershave are ‘bashed’ at corners. These are presents I will be giving away and feel they should have been bubble wrapped for extra protection whilst in transit.”

“Prompt delivery. However 2 items of I ordered I got 2 of each, returning items was very costly, had to pay nearly £11 in addition to the original delivery cost. Not sure it is worth it, should have return to shop/drop off without charge would make me more included to use again.”
