“While the whole online shopping service is easy and good to use, you still have to pay £5 to pick up in store you do get this back instore but its only in sports direct. And should anything need returning again you have to pay, when all other big stores do free returns to the shop. I think it lets the buying online down and I wouldnt choose to do this again it can work out costly.”

“Good product but not good service when u shop online 2star less bcoz there’s some issue need to be sorted when I buy something online from usc after 12 hours or more I been informed one off the product out of stock it’s means I have look for similar product and pay delivery charges again not fair I give 2 out of 10 in communication”

“It made me happy with the special prices, and angry with the delivery charges. In this day and age where competition is rife USC is charging £5 for C&C and no free returns either, unfortunately that's not good enough to buy next time.”

“Reasonable prices and dispatch, however.... they use HERMES!!! The dispatch emails are very slow at coming. In fact I got a dispatch email on the morning of the day that the courier attempted to deliver! It's good that it was on a faster service than it was meant to be but meant I wasn't expecting it so wasn't in.”

“I think it's shocking that use charge £4.99 to have an order deliverd to store. It's the same price as home delivery, most company's get it deliverd to the store for free or a lot cheaper.”

“Cheap and affordable clothing and some really good deals too. However two of the tshirts I ordered weren’t made very well, very wide but short rather than straight and normal length like the picture. See pictures below...”

“usc was not the problem it was Hermes saying they would deliver on a date then not even turn up & when you do the tracking they say that they tried to deliver so if they did where was the card they should leave.I think usc should use a company that can do their jobs right”

“Good website, very easy to navigate. Found shipping costs high. If anything having spent over £50, let alone £20, I would have appreciated free delivery like most stores. Even to have the item delivered to a store there's a charge!”
