“Very very disappointed only had one of my items in stock and had to pay £4.99 to have one £10 item delivered If I render an alternative I suppose you will charge me for delivery again so won't be bothering”

“Ordered two things took my money and then said one was out of stock took over a week to give and get back and to get back to me won’t be using this site again. The other product came within a week and is fine”

“Delivery was quick and easy. I ordered 5 items, 4 of which were absolutely fine. 1 Was no where near the size i ordered even though it said XL on the label.”

“I am happy with everything except it took 7 days for delivery. I live in Northern Ireland part of the UK but my parcel was sent to Dublin before it was dispatched to me.”

“Had to order online because the store doesn’t stock much. The click and collect is great but takes a full 7 days to arrive in store. Postage is already above average never mind paying even more for quicker delivery.”

“Swift delivery, but disappointed with quality of products. Of the 3 polo shirts, 2 had rips in the bags where labels were accessed (not nice when giving these as presents). The third polo was sent out on a broken hanger, not even the right size on the hanger. The label also had a Sale price £14 cheaper than the sale price I bought it at! Bit of a cheek to charge me more! It was too big, in any rate, so was sent back for full refund.”

“Recieved my order unfortunatly the lacoste trainers look totaly different either 1 has been tried on or its a seconds as the leather is all cracked and the other is perfect very dissapointed.i shop with yous regular and usually all is well but not on this occassion”

“Items there when told they would be only problem was 1st order had no barcode e mail to scan in store so caused staff in shop to contact manager and also sent 1 item back cost £3 item didn’t fit so ordered new to replace”
