“Good items and prices. Shame about the postage costs despite a large spend”

“Box boots delivered in was ripped & as these were for a gift not really acceptable. 1 item although 'available' on the internet was cancelled without option to order another item. Due to cost of the postage this outweighed any savings, therefore choose not to purchase replacement.”

“Good value for money. But exchange of goods takes to long my return arrived with them Monday am... now Thursday pm and my item still not on way back. And even though I originally paid for next day delivery they do not send exchange items by next day post very disappointing as paying £7.99 for postage is a lot in the first place”

“Very slow paid delivery (I received my free delivery items from other sources from UK earlier). Actually I never received my item! Incorrect address provided, so I had to call the courier by myself to investigate what is happening with this shipment ) Finally (I hope) they will deliver the product today.”

“I ordered two identical t-shirts as a gift; sadly one had a stain near the neckline and had to be returned for an exchange. I was surprised no one had noticed, and miffed that I had the bother of returning it. However the replacement arrived in time for the birthday, and USC have agreed to refund the postage.”

“The clothes were lovely. But the bags that they were in were open, all the clothes were creased up in a ball when they come. The parcel didn't look like it had been open.”

“The products are of high quality and service is very efficient.delivery in less than 2 days outside UK. A big dissapointment is the pricing of the products. I bought a watch which was marked online as Eur 105 and when I received the product it was marked £65. When I contacted customer care I was told the £ 65 is the price from the warehouse and Eur 105 is the online price. In my opinion online customers are treated very unfairly charged almost double the price just for the single reason it was bought online rather from the store.”

“The tracsuit top and bottoms were good quality. The winter shoes I have ordered size 39/6, but when it arrived it was a big disappointment as size 42/9 was in the box. The quality of shoes was good, just a pitty the wrong size was sent to me.”

“The charge for delivery is unnecessary and hermes are a bad choice as the drivers have very poor customer service. There needs to be a button at check to opt out of the stupid amounts marketing emails. Other than that, goods arrived as expected. A shame you never have the right sizes available in store.”

“Would be 5/5. But you left the security tag on one if my track pants. Unable to remove without ripping them. Will have to send them back costing me time and USC money.”
