“I was just happy that I found the specific style and brand that I was looking for from 2016 But the shoes looked as if they have been tried on by potential customers a lot.. they were dirty :( I had to clean them when I received them :((”

“Ordered 3 items. 2 fine. Last was a black Hugo boss size 12 top. The labels showed this too. However it was a cream Hugo boss top but I’d say a size 16. Emailed USC. No response”

“I think the general experience of using usc could be far better if you were able to return items to the store instead of having to spend extra money on returns. The stores have very limited stock for women therefore you are rarely able to try items on before you buy. I could understand having to return ship items if the entire outlet was only online based but it doesn't make sense that there are pick up stores but you are unable to return goods here.”
