“Placed a large order. Received my clothes quickly. However two items were faulty and one item was missing from my order. USC were quick to sort it out and I received all the necessary refunds. Wish they got ir right the first time - would've saved valuable time.”

“The delivery came within 1 week and the process of ordering was good. However, one item has the security tag on it and there is no number to contact customer services. Returning it to get it back is too long winded. I also have not had a reply back from the email to customer services. This has led to my experience being average.”

“It didn’t the shoes I ordered were in in awful condition and wasted money on sending them back to you. I’ve shopped in store many times and this was not a good experience I needed these shoes urgently and now my other half didn’t get these for her birthday as she wanted”

“POSITIVES 1. everything was ok according to the packaging and the shipping. 2. i knew every step of my buy till i get the package through informative mails. NEGATIVES 1. Lack of information in the sight about the products. 2. Products look impressive on the pics ONLY. ***Case material : stainless steel. But on watch is written stainless steel BACK. ***Strap type : metal bracelet. But what kind of metal? it looks more like plastic and fragile. ***Comes in a presentation box. The one box of the three watches was really dirty. I'm disappointed of this particular buy. the watches are very very lightweight and don't look like 'well-built'. Not good quality for the price of 50 pounds which is supposed to be the normal price not even 20 euros as an offer price .”

“Set out ok, then I started having problems with the checkout not being able to get my order delivered at a store, no details to add this was available I changed from google to Firefox to safari from my mobile to a desk top computer, logged out reset everything but nothing was working . Got in touch with messenger spoke to a female advisor Vicky who was very helpful and got back in touch with me when she said she would regarding the above issue. In the end I had to have it delivered today my works address due to not being able to get the store collection and still cannot get it.”

“I ordered online went to pay and it chucked me off the website. I then waited to see if I paid for the items or not. I had no email so I purchased again to find 2 emails 15 mins after paying to say they had taken 2 payments. I messaged usc to say I would like one councled which I got a reply to say did happen. I went into usc and they wouldn’t let me take me order even though I showed them the emails regarding one being councled and one being ready to collect. I was in the shop for ages waiting to for my order concidering this wasn’t my fault and being told I was basickly lying !”

“The collect in store with free £5 voucher was not working. Not actually happy paying 4.99 if there was another option. Unlike the other stores, you can pick your orders up with them without any charges.”

“I ordered 5 items and paid only to receive an email a couple of days later saying one item was out of stock even though it allowed me to order. I was annoyed because if I knew this I would have ordered something else but now it would cost me another lot of postage costs. I feel I should have been given the option to amend my order or at least given a code for my postage costs back to be able to reorder something else. I am now reluctant to order items again.”

“Happy with products and schedule of delivery. However, not happy that your Extra20 code did not pick up on my order and your customer service team were unable to rectify this manually. That's bad. For that reviewed 3 could have been 5!”

“After collecting the order and opened I realized that one of the items (of a pair) was missing. Someone of the store literally didn’t see a box semi emptied, torn and opened when putting the order all together. Fortunately, after contacting the costumer services they said they would replace and send a new one and they were quick answering it and deal with the situation. It’s not a 5 star review just because the problem I had shouldn’t be happened.”
