“Item sent out, not in any protective packaging, unbelievably creased,no car taken. Item looks dirty and worn despite having label on. Not first time this has happened. Will be returning.”

“USC As a company are good, however the quality of some of the items are HORRENDOUS. I ordered some Hugo boss cotton shorts and they were the thinnest shorts I have ever seen! They were more like boxer material and were awful!!”

“To be honest although my parcel was dispatched quickly the fact it wasn't taken to the correct address, due to this fact I had to wait in the full weekend just to be told my parcel was not able to be delivered”

“...made me unhappy: having paid £40 (plus p&p), I was disappointed to see price tag on jeans quoting price of £24! Clearly couldn't sell for this price in a shop, so feel like I've paid over the odds.”

“I was a bit dubious about using USC because of the bad reviews but iv learned not all reviews are accurate believe me so as someone who orders a lot of line due to work and not having time to use high street I gave them a go the item was as advertised size perfect delivery very quick can't fault the item I would of given 5 stars it just the delivery cost is to expensive and returns aren't free if this was sorted easily give them 5 stars”

“Hi - delivery service was fine. But the item was misrepresented in that it was listed as having poppers up the legs when in fact only the first three or four open, not happy.”
