“Pre paid returns envelopes would be appreciated”

“I paid for next day delivery and chose the following day for it to be delivered. The delivery did not arrive after waiting in all day. The parcel was then dispatched the following day and delivered. I contacted usc who refunded the delivery difference. Although this was a good will gesture I feel the whole delivery being refunded would have been even better”

“You didn't make me happy ordered two pool shirts the one I wanted had a hole in the back of it and then you sent me a refund didn't want a refund wanted a replacement so no not good”

“The clothes ordered were lovely, comfortable, well fitting and nice styles. However I wouldn't shop online with USC again because the returns process is more complicated than other stores. I am to somehow notify USC of the return within 14 days of receipt, but have no contact details to do this nor are there any instructions on how to. I assumed that I would have 28 days to return but since I missed the 14 day notification am I now unable to return? Don't know there's nobody to contact..”

“Product was good and delivered on time but the packaging was terrible it looked like someone had sent it back and the top was not folded just shoved in the bag, top was creased up and the bag wasn't even sealed....... bit annoying your company couldn't even fold the top and put in a new bag”

“Well placed order thought postage to expensive so did not place order when I reviewed and placed order to be delivered to local store.But you also send items to my address and also sent to store so in total payed £10 for delivery a rip off”

“There is a mismatch between the products online and in store. I bought a pair of Vans in the store for £50. When I took them home I realised that the shoe that had been on the shop display was very discoloured so I took it back to the store to get a new pair. They did not have one in stock. They could not order a new one for me and they suggested that I try online - the shoes might be there. I looked online to see if there was one in my size and there was, for £35. Delivery was 4.99 for both home delivery and store collection. Most other retail stores offer free store collection if they have the product in their warehouse. Also, their products tend to be the same price both in store and online.”

“Delivery was acceptable, but most of the packages were opened and one item is missing. I ordered Miso 3PK briefs and they were opened, not in the bag, and one briefs are missing. I received only two instead of three briefs.”

“Received goods 2 days later then they said, help is slow, in fact you cant actually call them, I still waiting for them to get back to me, also the shews I received did not match up, so one does not fit, its to big.....”
