“Decent prices during the sale Shit quality almost every time!! I'm positive they look for faulty goods to send me shame I can never be bothered to go through the hassle of returning stuff. Yet another item of clothing damaged”

“Postage charges sucks . free post after a certain amount spent at least . The amazing thing is you charge postage even when sent to a store for collection!! This has definitely stopped me ordering on a number of occasions.”

“Hi, I just receive the delivery the other day including 2 pairs of shoes. Honestly, none of them are up to my expectation. One pair had some small scratchs on the surface, the other one looked like it had been worn by somebody before. I bought these shoes as gifts for my friends. So if possible I'd like to change for better pairs. Thank you and best regards, Thao Le”

“I ordered converse and a jumper. The jumper is perfect but the converse came and one was dirty! It actually looked like someone had been wearing it and spilt stuff all over it. I wasn't very happy as you can expect.”
