“Love the products but on my last two orders the tags have been left on and customer service to resolve this has been poor.”

“Sizing is much too generic across brands, i.e. Adidas seem to be smaller fitting than Nike etc. As a consequence getting the correct size is difficult by default. This meant that shorts I purchased in size large (my usual size) were too big, thus I needed to return these at my own expense and another pair having to be dispatched. No lower priced option available such as that offered by M&M for returns 'just in case'.”

“I ordered a pair of trainers and a pair of boots for my wife. When they came the boots were faulty and were returned for exchange, there were non in stock so I was refunded. Overall a reasonable service.”

“If I'd had known USC was a derivative of that awful Sports Direct I'd never have completed the order. Shoes arrived and on time. Sports Direct has little corporate social responsibility and less care for staff or indeed the customer.”

“I went to purchase some Firetrap shoes from Sports Direct, but the assistant told me they had all sizes except mine in stock, and advised me to try the USC website, which I did on my phone. I was able to order my size and opted to have the shoes delivered to a local store, for which I was still charged £4.99 - I think store delivery should be free. Delivery also took five days, which was longer than I expected. Shoes were fine, however, and I got a £5 voucher for a next purchase.”

“It didn't really I was disappointed the fact I had to pay delicery of £4.99 to my home address which is the same price as collection in store which is stupid. So either I pay to collect or pay the same to be delivered both during the same period which is stupid”

“The clothes are amazing and I got a them for a great price on sale. However it took longer than I thought to get the parcel delivered to the shop. I will get a home delivery next time. When getting the parcel at the shop, the sales assistant went and got my parcel. After coming back through with it, she stopped and served another customer before serving me. The customer had not been waiting there as long as me. I found it very unprofessional.”

“USC do have competitive prices and a good selection, however having to send returns back and pay for both deliveries when things don't fit is really poor.”

“Love the jacket very warm and true to size if not a tad large. However when you pay to have the item on a particular day to fit in with work and doesn't arrive it's so disappointing and makes me want to shop elsewhere that keep to the named date.”
