“Quick delivery however when my Christmas parcel arrived my item (police jeans) were filthy. There were patches all over the jeans of thick mud marks, not exactly a cheap pair of jeans either”

“good prices...however paid for next day delivery, arrived 3 days later. Items were all from Sports Direct with their labels, they may be part of the same group but I was under belief I was ordering from USC!!!”

“Loved the website. All the brands I was looking for In one place and there was a sale on too. Placed my order and paid the delivery charge to get my things by the 19th...plenty of time for Christmas as I was working every day in the run up to the festivities. That's when Hermes became involved. Checked the tracker on 19th saying due for delivery today...then delayed 24hrs...then by 21st it said returned to sender. No attempt to deliver it or even any direct contact just a note on a tracker. Contacting them is nigh on impossible too. I'd suggest you find an alternative delivery firm because Hermes are shockingly bad and must be losing companies a lot of business when they let people down like that. I then had to make a quick dash to my nearest store to attempt to rebuy the items to find they were selling in store at a different price?? Course by this time I had run out of time to shop around and had to buy the same products at an increased cost while still waiting for a refund for the originals. Not the happiest if customers this time.”

“Lovely items ,however ordering is very misleading,states if i did click /collect would get a £5 voucher too so I chose my nearest collection point but because this wasnt a USC or sports Direct i didnt get the voucher....it should make this more clear when ordering as this was gonna be part of the xmas present.”

“The two items I ordered arrived as detailed on your site. The only annoying thing is paying 4.99 for the standard delivery no matter how much you spend. For such a high delivery charge my orders take around 5 days to arrive which is slow compared to every one of your competitors. Your delivery charge is higher than everybody else but your delivery time is slower.”

“I'm very happy with my purchase but I'm not happy about the £4.99 delivery charge for click and collect. I was told I would receive a £5.00 voucher to spend in the store but didn't get. I feel the delivery charge is expensive and aimed at the customer spending more money in store. I would probably order more items of the delivery was free. Regards, Michelle”

“Easy website to use, great communication, however delivery was another story. Paid the £4.95 for delivery. Confirmation whilst at work to say my parcel had successfully been delivered and had been signed for.....only to find at home the delivery note pushed through my door stating my parcel was in my rubbish bin, in my front garden, open to everyone! Not great service and would be reluctant to order again.”

“Clothing doesn't look the same as online I also ordered a tshirt, however the wrong one was sent, when i questioned this i was told the top i ordered isnt actuallt stocked, and the image had been uplaoded incorrectly”

“Thank you for my order which I received yesterday. The only thing I am very disappointed in, is with the Luke t-shirt which I paided £45 for. Don’t get me wrong there is nothing wrong with it. But when I opened it up , It has a sale tag on it saying £36. If that sale tag had not been on It I woulndt have been none the wiser. But surely that saving should be passed on to me if goods are getting sent out with sale tag on!!”

“My item was not as the colour advertised, photo was a dark blue and on delivery it was a light blue colour, thankfully he liked it or I would have had to return it. Other than the colour issue I would use USC again, kept informed of process and fast delivery.”
