“I have chosen acceptable because this is the first time that I have used this company, so I cant really give an accurate rating at the moment. The only thing I can say is that dispatching my order took longer than some other sites I have been using. That and the fact I haven’t received my order yet anyway!”

“Easy to order. Shame about the charge for click and collect. Most stores do this free of charge. For that reason I would look elsewhere first.”

“Ordered a decent amount of clothes online and they were great and good quality, but the packaging was terrible, some in ripped bags, some screwed up and just thrown in without a bag, some still on hangers, not good at all!”

“Shoes were delivered, price was good, but I have to say, there was a bit of brown rubbing stain near the point of one of the shoes. Something like clay dust, or brown make up powder, or something like that.”

“Happy with products but didn't get option to deliver to store which meant I had to deliver to home and get charged also I didn't receive a 5pound voucher although I'm a regular customer in store hopefully you can do something about this”

“it was okay i ordered a black Calvin Klein jumper and it said it was out of stock but i went back on the website and it was there and i ordered it with no problem but had to pay another £5 for postage. quality of products was good just disappointing abut the jumper being "out of stock".”

“Quick delivery, great products just a shame that several items where 'out of stock' yet never out of stock on the website. When i asked if i could simply swap a colour for the same item to tie in with the order nobody wver replied to me email.”

“Customer service unfortunately there is any to speak of and if you write an an email it takes over a day to get a reply I didn’t know how my order was being sent for next day delivery until the item had arrived. Not good it needs to be looked at considering you pay 6.99 which is way over other chain stores fees”
