We haven't received the order. The house number was missing and I emailed to sort it out but no reply so I have no idea what is happening.

Not bad service quite quick and exchange service easy to use The full prices showing on site do not reflect the price on goods delivered however with on item I paid £30 for having a £26 ticket on it !

Normally don’t have any problems ordering through usc but this time a security tag was left on one of the items. Had to go to the shop to get it removed which defeats the object of having the items delivered. Customer service did not reply to my email either.

Im still waiting for someone to get back to me over my missing t shirt that was not in the delivery ! ! ! i had a pair of pants sent to me instead , and im afraid by the time someone actually gets back to me about this issue that all the t shirts i wanted will be out of stock , there is one email address to get hold of returns process etc .. and the number i called didnt really want to deal with my issue, pretty poor really but i suppose it is owned by that twat mike ashley !

I do not appreciate how I was charged a 4.99 delivery fee to despatch my purchase to sports direct which is actually a USC mother company and owned by the same person. It is conniving and wrong.

Ordered jumper and a hat and received an e-mail several days later to advise yhe jumper had been cancelled of my order duw to there being no stock to which i e-mailed stright back to cancel the whole order as i was not paying £5.00 delivery for a £6 hat phoned the next day to be advised that my order was already shipped i got refunded the delivery however if an item is out of stock you should not be allowed to order it but i was informed that the stoxk online isnt always right and expect this to happen

I would have bought twice as much, but I after reading the returns policy I stripped back my order to bare minimum. Not only do you have to pay quite a bit for delivery, you also have to pay for return postage, even if the item is faulty. Not sure if I will shop here again because of this.

The delivery speed was excellent but £5 for postage was too much and I won’t buy from you online again because of that. And the return system is too much hassle and costly. Easy free return is now what encourages people online. USC need to change these elements.

I would of gave full marks but as I’ve spent a lot I always get small as am small and fits perfect, last week I bought a converse small black tracksuit and it was massive I gave it to make dad who is a large and it fitted him so I was so annoyed because I was so looking forward to it. Then use make it so hard to return I would of had to print a hinge of which if I don’t own a printer become a hard task.
