“I'd prefer to be able to return clothes bought online to a sports direct/USC store than arrange a postal return. Many other online stores have free returns.”

“Products were very cheap however returns system very poor, I already paid delivery and now need to pay again to swap the size and take it to post office this is enough to make me not use them again online shopping is meant to be easy.”
