“I received my parcel a week later. The items were too small it’s cost £4.40 to return the items. I won’t shop again online as I will be concerned if items too small or I’m not happy with I have to pay quite a lot just to return them.”

“Got some great discounts on firetrap clothing. Only downside is there were more than one items delivered for size and I had to pay postage to return as it doesn’t state you can return to a shop.”

“Very good price but I'm usually put off buying because of high postage and return charges. Very disappointed my item arrived with security tag still attached. Contacted customer services and was advised to take to store to be removed and was refunded my delivery charge , not to happy but not a lot else could be done. Would probably only order again if an item is a really good bargain as you have to factor postage costs which are a lot more than other online stores.”
