“Waited 7 days for click and collect. Was charged £55 for the shoes I ordered, however when they eventually arrived the price tag on them had "sale £44".”

“One of my chosen items was out of stock, so I called to ask if I could amend the order to something else I liked and the lady I spoke with said she was unable to amend the order. I then went to proceed with the other item and it was out of stock!!! Really annoying!”

“Good delivery time. Ordered Friday afternoon, delivered Saturday morning. The coat I ordered still had the security tag on and had a pen mark on it. Refused to pay postage to return it to sort their mistake so had to find a store to remove the tag. Managed to remove pen mark myself. Shame you don’t get free postage after spending a certain amount like in the past.”

“Happy with item size ordered. Not impressed with £4.99 delivery then the day after ordering receive a 20% discount code, what would have been better was if I was given a code for first order or free delivery that would have made me go back in future to order again”

“I bought lots of stuff through USC, They got reasonalble price, quality acceptable, color seem to be perfect. However, I have some doubt about sizing, they are not exactly as they are advice, I bought size S, they came out size M. If possible, USC can provide more size depends on brand for customers easy to buy, and love to buy more, specially on shoes. Thank you.”

“The online part of my purchase experience was very very good. I had opted to collect from store in Leicester Highcross shopping centre. Store number 0038.The person who bagged my item was very polite and helpful but the member of staff who was operating the till was very rude and extremely disenchanted with what he was doing. He could do with some customer service training in the art of using manners when dealing with the public. His attitude was the same with the people in the queue in front of me. His till operator number was 252904. This does not reflect well on USC in what was apart from this a good internet shopping purchase”

“Unfortunately U S C haven’t made me happy . I purchased 2 coats online for 1 of my sons who is at uni in Southampton. I tried to cancel the order of 1 of the coats the day after . I sent an email to customer service and got a reply back telling me that I would not b able to return it as the order had already gone out . What a load of bollocks , the coat didn’t even come till a fortnight after .”
