“Good range of brands. Paying for delivery is not bad but then having to pay for returns too is unacceptable as many do return plus or collect plus.”

“Happy with how quick my order came but the box that the boxers I ordered came damaged and the jeans I ordered came with the security tag still on it which was very inconvenient seeing as they were birthday presents.”

“Even spending around 50 pounds on shopping no free delivery and option to return item or exchange is strange as we have to pay for return,which is not common practice for shopping online.”

“Sale prices are always very good but when you have to pay for click and collect when other online stores do free click and collect then that's the reason we would say acceptable as opposed to good or very good. Re-think on that please USC.”

“I liked the shoes delivered however, one pair that arrived was the wrong size. It is displayed on your website in American sizing. I’m therefor going to need to return them and I will have lost money from postage which, might I add, is quite pricey.”

“Really good and quick service but the only reason I have given them 3 stars is that when ordering they said that one item was in stock but then when they were sending the order suddenly one item was out of stock. I would have preferred that I could have been given the option of replacing that item before they sent the other items, so was then not going to replace item as I would have incurred more postage 😳”

“Order arrived on time with no issues, however as the bootS were too big they needed to be exchanged. There is no option to take them to a store, therefore the returns/exchange process requires a lot of effort to find nd out what to do and then send back via recorded post. Emails confirming how the exchange is progressing have been good so far.”

“The website of USC is good but the delivery is poor. I’m a still waiting for my order from my order date on 4th March. It has been 8 days and still no sign. I have also emailed customer services about this and have not got a response from them either. I don’t think I will order from USC again.”
