“Good priced clothes for wat I got but the fact they charge more than £6 for delivery after spending more than £90 is outrageous.”

“While my order arrived in a timely fashion - the rather flimsy packaging had been torn open and one of the four items I ordered was missing. Delivery by notorious Hermes.!! Always use Royal Mail USC - reliable and honest! Still awaiting contact from USC Customer Services!”

“i ordered nearly £300 wirth of clothes and trainers from you guys. upon my delivery (good job all my stuff came in individual bags) i looked at my tainer box and it was filthy in dust! i then looked insude to find my trainers had all dirt marks up them and was covered in dust! i had to pay £12.50 privatly to have them cleaned ready for my holiday! will not be ordering online again”

“It’s an average rating. All other clothing companies and sports companies delivers the goods ordered for free. USC is the only one that charges for delivery and very expensively. But if I like a product, I buy. Only that you are my last choice.”

“Item was delivered fast however i had to pay over £5 for delivery then as i needed to send it back for the smaller size i had to pay for it to be returned.”

“I placed an order of £123 there was a delivery charge on top of this of £5 which is not acceptable. Plus there was no free returns in which I had to pay an extra £12 which is ridiculous. I was not happy with the service at all and will not order again. Many of the items I bought were way too thick baggy and way too long for their size which I had to return and cost me a lot to return. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from USC online.”

“Payment for USC was simple and I didn’t have to fill in too many details in order to buy something. The item arrived in good time. However, there is no phone number I can call with a problem which bothered me. And MyHermes were UTTERLY USELESS. I wouldn’t buy something again that would use MyHermes.”

“Product,service etc all great...however. Paying for postage and then if an exchange or refund you have to pay again to return!? At least offer paid postage for an exchange! Probs wont order again.”

“I shoped during their sale which was decent price and postage conditions. And saved a lot of stress due to it been delivered to my door. I would recommend the sale option to friends as I find the items expensive other wise.”

“THE product that I ordered was very good . Happy with the item as expected. However , Disappointed with the delivery courier. My parcel was left outside my house door. Someone could have stole it.”

“There was a security tag left on an item, only refunded delivery I had to take the item to sports direct to get tag removed! If it wasn’t for that I would of given more stars”
