“Fast deliver and acceptance of returns. Not the best service compared to other online places nowadays. Being Charged for deliver even when you spend £90 and having to pay for your own returns adds up.”

“USC website was easy to use making it easy for me to place my order. Only issue was that when the delivery came, the box was damaged, I am not sure if this was due to USC or the supplier, however the shoes I bought were fine and we’re not damaged. Good service”

“J’ai commandé une paire en taille 37€, j’ai reçu en 35,5, et vu que mon colis a été contrôlé par là douane, j’ai reçu la boîte dans un piteux état donc impossible de vous le renvoyer! Heureusement elle convient à qlq’un que je connais , ceci dit je les voulaient absolument ! Par contre pour les puma elles sont tops ! Envoi rapide, et prix attractifs”

“The jeans i ordered were perfect but the reason for 3 stars was i paid 5.99 for next day delivery only to get a text the next day saying there was a delay and it would be the following day. So 5.99 wasted because it took 2 days.”

“I am very upset that I had to pay £11.00 fee to tetuej some items that didn’t fit. I won’t be ordering online again if that’s he case. Returning items should be free”

“Made an order which arrived on time. Packaged fine. However I ordered a jacket and was provided with a t shirt. Not sure how this could go so wrong. Clearly on the order it says jacket not t shirt...???? Other than that, no probs.”

“Excellent delivery service what do it again. However I went in the store in Union Square in Aberdeen to try and get them in store. The man I spoke to seemed not to care what I was wanting as when I asked for my size he just plainly said “don’t have your size” and walked of. Not asking wether i would like to order them online for me. I unfortunately don’t remember his name however he was fuming we.”

“They didn’t make me happy. I won a launch and my card took a little time to authorise and When it did it was too late and so they passed on so u took the payment only to credit it . I have a little waiting time”

“do your company may have wide range of products and acceptable price in different segment as international transport is put me in wonder, how my product arrive in finland in 5 working day to my loclal post and if i return back to you,it takes 1 month, and 1 week extra to get refund in my bank account.”

“Great fast service. Product was great. Would rather see VAT added straight away so that I know price right from start of order. Made order very quickly because price was £11. I thought that was a good price. I wouldn't have paid £16 for two boxer shorts for a child.”
