“Men’s size on lacost stock is small. Shirt sizes no regular. No cash refunds in your shops. When i paid cash for lactose trainers.”

“It didn't. Was waiting order more than week to arrive to store. When I arrived to store to pick up my parcel she was not happy, no smile, didn't engage me. Felt like she donto want be there. This was my first and probably last order to collect from store.”

“Well, firstly you sent an email asking me to review items I didn't purchase. 3 out of the 4 items I purchase acceptable, the flat black shoes I purchased weren't very comfortable but I have worn them outside now so I can't return them.”

“I am happy with the order etc but one of the DKNY T shirts I ordered has a black mark on it. I havent returned this but going to try and wash it out. if not I will return but will take pictures to ensure the labels are still on with this mark to proove that it wasnt done from wearing it”

“Expected better. Spent well over £200 to still be charged £4.99 delivery!! To then also receive one of the items with a sale price tag on it for £50 less than I paid!! Emailed customer services twice now and still no response! Also message Facebook page to be ignored.”
