“Happy apart from the pair of jeans that never arrived and although they were on the invoice they were not in the parcel, had to sign a form to send away so hopefully they send them out, other than that everything else was perfect”

“Clothing received fine. £5 delivery to a Sports Direct store is too much as it took 5 working days to arrive. I would pay the delivery charge again if it was delivered the next day but never again for a 5 day delivery”

“I placed a fairly large order, and a pair of suede shoes arrived that looked damaged/scuffed/worn. I contacted customer services and received a response. The only thing you were able to offer was a 20% refund on the item or I have to package up the item and take it to the post office - no pick up was offered. I sent in pictures of the damaged/worn shoes and asked for an explanation as to why only 20% was offered, when you cannot resell damaged/worn shoes as a new item. If you do resell them, you will end up making more money than the discount I received. To not offer more than 20% discount for damaged/worn shoes, and not even offer a pick up service is simply very poor customer service. No explanation was given to me as to why only 20% was offered. As a result of this poor service I have received, I will no longer be shopping with you, even though you offer a very good range of products.”

“Clothes were great, but having a courier that requires a signature was very irritating, and unexpected. Also, trying to make contact to avoid order being returned to sender was impossible.”

“Good product but you need to send an email to your customers on the arrival time of their parcels to enable them plan ahead of time instead of waiting the whole day to receive the parcel. I contacted Hermes about this and was told that they (Hermes) contacts you on the delivery time but hardly communicate this to the customer (me). Kindly work on this. Thank you.”

“Delivery was expensive and despite choosing deliver to store as I thought it would be quicker, it was a week before I had a message to say I could collect my order, which happened to coincidentally be about 2 hours after I emailed customer service to ask how long my order will be.”

“USC has a variety of designers at reasonable prices only downside is that with most online ordering you get from delviery on orders over a set amount and an option for free returns either to collect plus or return stamp. USC doesn’t offer that - sultry if nothing else we should be allowed to return it to one of the USC outlets”
