“I am happy with the range of choice and ok prices on many items. However £4.99 as the minimum standard delivery delivery option isn't acceptable. Most places that charge that for 'standard delivery', still tend to get the item to you in 2 days (e.g. - MandM Direct, Lost Rockstar etc). USC take 4 days. Yes this still falls into the 3-5 days bracket but really people should only be expected to pay £2.99 max for a service like that.”

“Three stars for the reason that you are not flexible at all to change or cancel your order, even for a few minutes after you place it and instead you have to go through the process of returning the items and pay for the return. Thank you!”

“Everything is good but I feel delivery should be free, atleast for orders over 50. This is my second order .. first was over 100 and this 60 and I am feeling awful to pay for delivery”

“Not the best experience. I first ordered a pair of calvin klein flip flops along with 2 other things but my prime reason for ordering was the flip flop. My order came and no flip flops. Checked my email and it said they were out of stock and i hadnt been charged for them. Should be told this b4 placing order as it i had known i wouldnt of ordered. Then i look online and they still there so i order again ( pay delivery again also) and when they attive they are the wrong flip flop so i have no had to pay to return them. Ive paid for postage 3 times and still do not have the flip flops that i want..... USC should really offer free click and collect”

“Not happy when I collect my item at halford.in my opinion I hope you can change collections staition not halford some staff there not helpful people they just care for people who come and buy thing from haflford not for who come collect item missble face people...”

“Hi, More than one week and still order has not delivered. For 10 EUR post cost should come in 4-5 working days, like in other sites. DHL tracking number show no changes since day one that I got the link. Kaspars”

“The items were as described. The delivery charges are high which puts me off ordering again. Also the purchaser has to pay return postage if anything is to be sent back. I would use another site where postage is low or free.”

“We still have not received our order and after numerous attempts of contacting your courier (Hermes) we have still not been able to speak to anyone as there is no English support from Hermes. They have suggested that we contact yourselves to rectify the situation but we are totally aware that this is the couriers problem as they never delivered the parcel to us. They claim to have received a signature after they claim to have delivered the parcel! HOWEVER - we were in all afternoon & evening and there were 3 adults in the house AND also they never left a calling card! What do we do now as we are £45 down?”

“The two jeans I ordered were on time and of great quality. The trainers I ordered, however, had blue marks on the white sole and box looked tattered. I sent them back for a refund and hopefully this will be timely. It happens I guess. As long as the issue is resolved.”

“This is a leading statement. I was pleased with the products but buy far fewer products from you than other companies due to your delivery policy and returns which are very expensive, time consuming and due to a severe illness which makes it difficult for me to leave my house annoying.”
