“Customer service & speed of delivery good. Very disappointed that can’t deliver to store for free. This has put me off ordering other products I want. I will look for them elsewhere as many stores offer free delivery codes or free collection from store.”

“I paid for next day delivery and only received my parcel 2 days later, I’m not happy about this. It’s the first time I have placed an order with USC and it’s made me think twice about ordering with you again.”

“quick delivery, good availability of products however out of 3 pairs of trainers ordered one pair was very dirty and seemed used. had no choice but to keep them as they were for an occasion.”

“Overall the service was fine however was a little disappointing that the socks I ordered were on a further offer according to the stickers attached to them and I should have been charged £3 less than i was! Not sure if that is fair but seems not right to me!”

“Website easy, sending item back though as quality is poor it’s all bobbly and looks like it has been kicked around a warehouse floor before dispatcrh. Won’t buy from USC again”

“They did everything fine. Delivery was poor though. I ordered clothes a day before my brother. He bought clothes online from three different stores. He got all three items before me and barely payed for delivery. Where’s I had to pay 4.99 no matter how much i payed. Also my UNiDAYS code didn’t work so that was annoying.”

“I was happy with communications and delivery was quick, only gripe I have this this company is it’s £5 for delivery which is fine, but £5 also if I collected from store, as I don’t have a store close I opt for delivery, shoes where big fit so it’s £5 to return then £5 to order again .. so £15 on top of price for trainers 😫 ... unless I’ve just getting use to other companies I won’t mention that all offer free returns!”

“Products arrived quickly and website was easy to use. Disappointed though that buyer has to pay for postage on returns. I returned one item and the postage cost was £4.10. The electronic security tag was still attached to the item, so I would have had to return it anyway through no fault of my own. Luckily I wanted to exchange for a different size, so I didn't feel short changed, but I still don't think it is fair to put this cost on the buyer, especially with faulty products.”
