“Received my order quickly, however some of the new things were supposed to be just that "new", however they were not in a bag with tags, however they were still in good condition, other than that all good.”

“Price and quality of goods great having to wait two weeks for delivery not so great and if I hadn’t emailed I wouldn’t have known about delivery problem”

“Thought I would be happy with purchase, but after wearing trainer's for no less than an hr had to take them off, luckily I brought spares with me for the gym. Binned them as soon as I walked in the gym. They were not the trainer's i actually wanted, but thought I would try.”

“Its easy and straight forward without any hassles. I do think that if customers order somethin online to collect they shouldnt be charged for collecting it from the store and only be charged for having it delivered to their home.”

“Quick delivery, good prices and good products but when I got my delivery one pair of shorts had a hole in the bottom of the pocket. Big enough for everything to fall through but other than that very good”

“I think it’s an absolute rip off that you have to pay £5 for delivery and as the product didn’t fit, I have to then pay another £5 to return it because you can’t take back to store. Won’t be purchasing from the website again any time soon!”

“Online experience was good quick easy. Although delivery charge is excessive. Collection from 'sports direct' store in Newcastle was appalling... Staff displayed total lack of customer care: 5 at entrance chatting. Ground floor tills refused to deal with collection items. No staff on 1st floor tills, had to travel up and down twice to get someone on 1st floor. Had 6digit code ready from email, but was not asked for until I put my phone away. Made my dissatisfaction known and left with item. Won't use these people again.”

“I'm not a big fan of the packaging the large order arrived in. The products however we generally good value. I have returned two items. One for a different size and another for poor design reasons. I order alot of clothing online and your returns paperwork and process isn't as straight forward as ASOS for example.”

“All good but only thing I would have liked was a rough estimate of delivery date when I ordered into shop. USC were good at keeping me upto date with order processing etc but didn't tell me a date or expected my parcel to be in until the day of arrived. As this was a birthday present o was just living in hope it would be here on time”
