Only problem one thing is return items and had to pay for return? I don't agree to pay for return bec I pick up and return by transport and it didnt say it can be return at USC store?

I was delighted with my first order with usc . Unfortunately, I was not with the second one . First , I didn't receive my purchases on time despite that Hermes set it as delivered. I was shocked but after I called your service it was sent again the following day . I mean today. What I didn't like it was opened by someone and closed again and I will upload photo of it . Second problem one of my items was not the one I ordered . I chose and paid for eau De perfume from Kelvin Klein for ladies bit I received eau Dr toilette for men . I was to text you once I am free . You gave me the chance to do so in this review .

Poor social media support. Advisor stopped replying to messages and I didn't hear anything back to my query so just had to wait for my order to arrive. Order process was easy but CC very poor.

I think your delivery charges are terrible my son loves your products but whatever he wants he can never buy in store which means we need to.order online and there is no free click and collect option and most other stores do, it's terrible we need to pay to have it taken to our local store for collection, but the product we are very happy with

Trainers were great but the delivery was shocking, i had paid the £7.99 for premium next day delivery, nothing premium about it, told days in a row it was coming then when i went back on to track the date changed to another day. Also the fact you cant call anyone so i had to email and wait a couple of days to find out about a refund for delivery. Got a refund but disappointing service

Products were good apart from two items i sent back, im trying to resolve an issue regarding these items. No one seems to want to talk over the phone which is a negative for me.

Although the application is easy to use and as an online shop it is very cheap the have changed the courier they use for international shipping. In the past delivery took 3 working days max whereas this time it took 9 days

Product came unwrapped and un-neat as if it had been Thrown into a delivery bag, very disappointed as it was a gift for someone.

The online ordering side was good and no problems at all with that. Unfortunately when I tried to collect my parcel from the usc store within sports direct in princes st Edinburgh that is where usc was badly let down. I arrived at 18.40pm sharp one evening this week after finishing work and although the store was open until 19.00pm they were not letting anyone else in the store and it didn't matter that I was only collecting an order of goods already paid for.. Very disappointing! Perhaps they should just change their opening hours!

Product is good. Customer service in highcross store Leicester needs to be improved so much. Plus you offer a voucher of £5 but can only spend in store where store has hardly any stock can't even order for you. So that needs to improve. I'm ready to spend my money with you guys but I should have a choice where to spend my voucher in store or on line.

Probably wouldn't have brought from USC if I'd known it was owned by Sports Direct, who treat their staff appallingly. Also had to pay postage even though I spent nearly £100. Now I'm getting unsolicited emails breaking GDPR rules. I did not sign up to letting the Sports Direct Group use my personal details for marketing purposes. I'm 99% sure this review won't make it on to Reviews.co.uk as companies pay to have bad reviews removed.

One good pair, one faulty pair. Heard back from customer services after a couple of days. Once I sent a photo of the fault, they agreed to send another pair - only disappointment was that I had to wait another 7 working days for these to be delivered in store, when I would already be on holidays. They originally said they would send it express and then went back on this when they saw my original postage was to collect from store. I think they could have gone with express as a courtesy for sending faulty glasses.

Overall pleased with the service , an item was out of stock which I was charged for an not had any further correspondence as to when I should receive the item

I think USC is a great shop in getting high end labels at such a great price however delivery and returns are ridiculous. I ordered from another company and their postage and packaging was only £3.95 and was with me within 2 days. However usc is £4.99 and it took 2 days for the order to even be processed. My items were great except a soul cal swimming costume which was a size 12 was more like a size 6. I took the swimming costume back to the in-store shop as I'd lose out on money having to pay for delivery to return. I returned and was given store credit. I was not happy about this as it is inconvenient, I would have much rather a refund. I will not be ordering online anymore, I will buy in-store from now on.

The shoes was out of the box. It looked like the box was just chucked into a delivery bag. Not a good first impression for a first time buyer.

There is a great choice online unfortunately paying £4.99 for delivery to store puts me off I would rather have free delivery than a gift card I was also unable to get it delivered to my local USC as it was not listed on the collect from store

Updates are regular which is always a good thing when you’re ordering online. However, when I had placed my order I received an email saying that one of the products weren’t in stock when it was on the website

Clothes that were ordered are fine, but £4.99 to deliver to the nearest store is a bit much seeing as its in 5 to 7 working days , I would expect 2 to 3 days delivered to me for that price, not vey good at all
