“Great prices, but delivery too expensive and unable to amend order when I realised I had missed an item. Had to pay another £5 delivery charge😢😢”

“Clothes are good for the price. I was just disappointed when i paid for next day delivery and it turned up 4 days later. Avoid this is just another way to get a few quid out of you”

“Online shop is brilliant. Shoe size that I bought was readily available. Where as, it wasn't the case in the shop. I had to call in the shop twice to check for size but unfortunately, not available on both occasions. I opted for collection from the shop rather than home delivery, but either way a charge of £4.99 is still in place. Perhaps, somehow it is a win still as if you opted to collect from shop, you're given a fiver voucher to spend on the shop. Another thing, I hope USC staff will be more pro active in assisting customers.x”

“Products lines seem to be on for a while but do have a good choice of products and sizes. Delivery options could be better and delivery prices more competitive. All in all good shopping experience but definately behind other retailers.”

“Good proces and service but one item i ordered was advertised as joggers (calvin klien) and when delivered were pyjamas!annoying and costly as have to pay return postage and dont feel its my fault. Got to find time to go to a post office now”

“I bought a bunch of clothes in the sale. I bought all items as small and most fit fine apart from a soul cal t-shirt which was a small but felt like a large. I bought a pair of shorts but their sizing was s m l which was odd so sizes were off slightly. I would return these but the price to return means it not worth the bother (I suspect this is their plan.) Other stores when ordering online give you the option to return and refund in store to save you the delivery charge but USC do not do this despite me having both a USC and Sports direct in my local area. This is a bit diabolical as clearly you cannot just assume your size. Oh and did I mention there's not a size chart to be seen...”

“ordered next day and got it a day late, good quality products and reasonable prices and good sales, just a bit disappointing on the delivery side, e mailed but no response so not so good on customer service, its a shame because I very much like Soviet products.”

“Clothes came very creased and ripped bags and some out their plastic bags they were in. Some of the items looked like they had been in a jumble sale they were that screwed up, not what you expect when you have spent the best part of 350 quid on your clothes .... however some nice bits for holiday once washed and ironed just disappointed in the state they arrived in!!”

“Under staffed especially shoe area! Poor boy was under pressure as everyone is looking for shoes for kids going back to school. Also don’t like the fact the woman was fishing to find out if I pay for all my kids uniforms myself. Some times staff are more interested in chatting than serving.”
