“I'm aware colours appear different on monitors than they do in reality but one t shirt looked black but was green. Another looked Scarlett but was a faded red. One I ordered striped white and blue (or atleast that's what I clicked on) but was sent a blue. 2 I didn't even realise had different colours going down the side. It's a bit hit and miss with USC. This was a bit of a miss.”

“Products are average to say the least Sales are not sales...everything is in the sale, all of the time! Postage is an absolute rip off, they do not and will not offer free postage on orders over a certain amount and then still have the cheek to charge for store collection! Sort it out!”

“Hermes delivery was slow. Required a signature which means they cant deliver if you are not at home. I work full time so was never home! Really annoying. Hermes are useless”

“Could be better app, you have to improve the iPhone app because crush multiple times. Considering to introduce fast delivery in Europe like DHL or something (it was but not now). Right for me (living outside the United Kingdom) now take to much time to receive the products.. Regards,M.”

“Fast received goods! But size of one pair of shoes was indicated wrong. 37.5 eu was onthe shoe,but 38 eu was indicated on the shoe box. This is missleading information and I had to send those back for exchange( which caused me extra money)”

“Items ordered delivered to a local shop quickly enough however £4.99 delivery charge a rip off. Most deliveries to stores with other suppliers are free.”

“Products are good. The staff tend to be rude. I purchased this as click and collect. The staff members were very unhelpful. I had purchased a top from USC before and one of the staff accused me of not buying the shirt I was wearing but taking it off the shop floor. I was no impressed.”

“The bag the item was delivered in was ripped open and one sleeve on the product was dirty up to the elbow, this has now been washed and is now clean but feel a little disappointed that this happened”

“The Polo Shirt was packaged extremely poorly and was creased like a rag as a result which is why i returned the item. i was however very impressed by the quick refund.”
