“Delivery was good. She box was battered when I received it and shoes had slight marks on them which was a shame.”

“It's my first order, the quality of the product good. But i paid to much for shipment and customs, the order was 66$ and i paid 100$ for shipment and customs. While i use another UK website asos.com it free shipment for order more than 100$ and i don't pay any extra fees (customs or tax) because they use local post for shipping i advice you to use this way for shipping low cost with no extra fees and it arrive by maximum 14 days.”

“After placing an order it is not possible to change the posting address, even when asked immidiately via email. The answer came about three days after placing the question and when the order was already sent. Quite expensive delivery to the Czech republic compare to other e-shops.”

“I am very disappointed with the delivery service. I paid £6.99 for next day delivery as I was going on holiday. They purchased cloths were highly needed. All of a sudden, I still get charged the same amount. I believed it's a very bad customer service. I am not happy at all. Hence, I was planning putting a complaint. I have been a regular customer of USC for years.”

“Spot on but ditch the whole £5 delivery charge to store where you get it back in a voucher. Follow JD and offer free delivery to store.”
