“The delivery was slow and delivered by two people in car full of packages. For a £4.99 delivery charge I expected it to be quicker and more professional”

“USC themselves are fine and once I feel brave enough to tackle Hermes I may order from then again as there’s great stuff on the website. However... paid something like £6.99 for next day delivery as I needed it the next day to wrap as a gift and hermes sent it to the wrong depot so I didn’t get it for a few days, and they kept giving me different times of when it’d arrive (no one really knew). I got a refund of the difference in shipping, £2. I would’ve preferred a full one on the shipping because I wouldn’t have ordered standard, as I needed it there with me the next day as I paid for but ok. Do order from here, don’t pay for next day. Thanks for your help too”

“Great price and prompt delivery however I was disappointed that one of the items was out of stock. This is the second time I have ordered through the click and collect service with the wrong item being sent the last time. Could do better with the orders and update the system quicker!”

“Delivery not the fastest compared to other retailers that also offer free next day delivery. Items ok however when I’ve come to put my new Tommy Hilfiger trainers on a few days after delivery I’ve noticed the trainer is tainted pink/orange on the very front! by this time I haven’t got the receipt any more! Overall I would look at other retailers before returning to usc for the above reasons”

“Nice prices but the quality of the Lacoste hoodie i bought was a dissapointment and almost to small in size XL after 1 wash on 30 degrees. The Converse hoodie (same size) was on the ohter hand way to big and look like a XXL (at least) ...”

“Shame really , ordered bikini , only sent top as bottoms temporally out of stock , could you not have just sent them when in stock? A couple of days later , ordered and have now received the bottoms , but that’s 2 lots of delivery cost ..... Tell client we’ve not got top and bottom , then I could have got them from somewhere else .”

“Easy to shop online but your sizing charts are too generic. It all a bit ‘one size fits all’. I’d just been measured for a suit fitting so knew my correct size. I compared these measurements against your size guide and when I got the 4 t-shirts I ordered all the sizes were too small. Sizes vary from brand to brand and across different clothing types. Everyone knows this. Please be like other online retailers such as Sport Pursuit. When you click on to their size guides it takes you to the specific size guide for the particular brand you’re looking at. So much easier....far less grief for your customers!!”

“The items I ordered are spot on. No fault with them. The reason for 3 stars is that yet again “delivery could not be made” on the date I selected - this time to a drop off point in case the issue was my address (despite DPD delivering there regularly!) This drop off was on my way home from work, so I ordered with a couple of days afterwards when I would be passing yet the alternative date was not the next day, or the day after - it was 4 days later!”

“Whilst the prices are good - the lack of free delivery and no free returns makes it a pain - especially as the sizes between and even within brands varies so much. Standard delivery is pointless at 4.99 when you can get next day for another 2 quid. Next day delivery does mean that - very prompt”
