“The product was great at a good price in the sale. The only down side was having to pay for click and collect. I know they give you the £5 voucher but that can only be spent in stores they own so you still end up giving them the money. 🤔”

“Product (Trainers x2) excellent. Delivered on schedule day. However no card was left to tell me where parcel was left, which I find behind a bin. These are expensive trainers & leave them behind a bin next to a busy walkway is not professional. I have several neighbours around me. Not good.”

“Great product but poor customer service. Paid a ridiculous £6.99 next day delivery for a baseball cap which then took 3 days to arrive. Was then refunded £2 as normal postage was an extortionate £4.99 anyway!”

“Aĺl goods received in good condition, good quality but I was a bit dissapointed as I has ordered over 120 pounds and there was extra charge for delivery. I assumed that when ordering over 100 there is free delivery as within other companies. Other then that I like shopping with USC.”

“These trainers are great. The pictures isn’t a true representation of the style as these are slip on with laces but still look great Very fast delivery and great prices in the sale Could have more of a ladies range but that is the same at most stores”

“Delivery was prompt but wasn't despatched until a day after the order was made. So not really next day delivery. Customer service response was fairly slow as well and didn't really clarify my issue. Also surprised there's no option for free delivery as it seems most sites offer this service when spending above a certain amount.”
