“Quick service but when i got the product it was faulty and still havent hesrd anything back from them!!!”

“I shop quite a lot on your sight for my family and I think it’s a good site with lovely stuff and on the whole I not had to send things back . However the two occasions I have I’ve had to pay for which has put me off and making me stop think twice to shop on your web site and look somewhere else I recently sent a shirt back cost me £4 so I then shopped at NEXT for a replacement as no cost with returns.”

“Delivery took longer than expected for the price paid specially to have it posted. Size wasn’t good so had to return it, was only offered store credit for returning it in store, to get cash back would’ve had to pay extra to post it back which wasn’t worth it.”

“The items were good but the size guide is wrong as I had to go in store to change the items I brought as they were too big. I didn’t get the original items as they didn’t have them in store but got similar with no issues with the exchange.”

“Everything was fine with my order which was more than 10 items. The only problem i had was that a white DKNY polo t-shirt arrived with a brown stain from some type of liquid of about 3 cm diameter. Normally i should return it as faulty but it was a hassle for me to post it abroad. I washed it 3 times and now the stain is almost invisible. I cannot understand how it was overseen before packing.”

“USC needs to keep up with the competitors who don’t charge for postage (over a certain value) and offer free returns. This puts me off using USC.”

“The products and prices were good, but jeans were scrunched up in a ball and the aftershave cellophane was ripped off at the top. Also, free postage when you spend X amount would be nice.”

“I order 3 items, check out complete. Payment complete, order successful. I paid extra for next day delivery, on the day was advised item out of stock, I would have though you would have Atleast refunded Delivery charge, if I knew this would happen would have chosen a different item or not placed at all, other than the items received, was well chuffed”

“Decent prices and fast delivery but packaging was poor in my opinion and the item seemed a little faded as if it had been stored poorly. Return was processed really fast which was good but having to pay for return postage for such a well known company is frustrating. Bit of a mixed bag.”
