“I like USC and usually get good value on things I buy which are normally shoes/trainers. The only thing that could be better is the delivery cost. Most places offer free delivery if to store but USC don’t and that’s what normally stops me shopping more often as it’s £4.99 every time. You do get a £5 voucher to spend in store if you choose this option but to be honest I would never use that”

“Ordered a few items so didn’t mind paying the delivery but I received an email the next day saying items were out of stock so ended up paying a total of £10.99 for one pair of pants 🙈.”

“Tried to buy in store but out of stock so ordered online. 4-5 days delivery is the only option, and delivery to store not an option. This needs updating, feel old fashioned as most companies offer a faster delivery.”

“Runners are perfect happy with the product but me and my boyfriend ordered things the same day his came 3 days earlier also the website does not give you tracking info and couriers do not tell when it is expected to be delivered, I think click and collect should be done too in Ireland but the price is so high everywhere else is free”

“I was sent a text to say my shoes will be with me on the Saturday but didn’t get them until the Tuesday, it might of been because bank holiday but it was the fact that I got a text to say they would be there and they weren’t”

“Are the goods genuine. I have brought a lot of cloths off line and in store and they wash terrible. Brought a Versace jumper washed it on a cold wash like it says to and it shrunk terrible. I cant wear it again.”

“£4.99 delivery was a bit of a let down and also had to pay to return everything. Nothing fitted as sizing guide is inaccurate and disappointed I couldn’t return anything to shop.i emailed but have had no reply even after 5 days.”

“The items arrived are exactly as described and arrived in very acceptable time. What disappointed me was that one of the items (the one which I wanted most and the one for which I made the whole order) was not in stock and USC just deleted the item and sent me the others. I would have preferred if you told me before and I would have stopped the order and ordered it when the item was back in stock. Mostly because I also paid most of the postage for all items and only 1eur was deleted from the postage once the item was removed.”

“The shoes I bought developed a problem after one wear. The soles of both shoes came away at the toes. Not USC's fault I realise. However the return procedure was not as smooth as other online retailers I've used. The website says to return faulty items at your own cost. I contacted USC to ask for a prepaid returns label. I was told to post the shoes back and email a photo of the receipt for postage to have the cost refunded. Which I did. No refund for the original delivery cost was offered or given. I was offered a cheque for the £3.90 postage (which would take 10 days to process) or a £6 e-voucher. I accepted the e-voucher and ordered an alternative pair of shoes and once again had to pay £4.99 for delivery. Ultimately I am a few quid down on the deal. Not to mention the length of time taken to wait for replies to emails. Not gold standard customer service in my opinion merely acceptable.”
