“I ordered a xxxl Lacoste jacket for click and collect, when I got it the tag said xxxl but the jacket was only a xxl, so I took it back to usc shirebrook, I got a credit note and re ordered the jacket again in xxxl but I had to pay £5 for click and collect again, so I’ve now payed £10 in click and collect ( which the item is only 400 yards away in the warehouse behind the shop) because of someone else’s mistake! Why can’t it be sorted in store?”

“Love ordering from Usc but my last purchase I was not happy about item come dirty like it had already been worn couldn't get through to customer services via phone regardless amid trying countless times but I was told to send a picture and then they would sort it no good advice it was a birthday present for my partner and wouldn't be send back and a new one sent out in time! And I had to pay for it to be returned witch I think is terrible when u have to pay £5 per delibery in the 1st place I order a lot and seems I spend more on deliveries than my actual items”

“clothes came on time, however the security tag was left on the jogging bottoms, I had to go to 6 different shops before the tag could be removed.”

“I'm giving 3 star because of return delivery lable..keep in my mind its not include any postal charges.Its cost me £11 for recorded delivery for two jackets which qualities not worth £110 so had to return.”

“I was happy with delivery time however one item was faulty and another was sent in the wrong size. I do think that it should be free to return items rather than having to pay out more money to send items back or getting a credit note if you return them to the store.”

“I'm very happy with the product but the courier used was horrendous advising me delivery date and failing to maintain and indeed keep to pre advised delivery day, making delivery 2 days later. Furthermore packaging looked like it had been left in dust and dirt. From order to delivery (paid delivery) was one week. Absolutely unacceptable.”

“Fast delivery, but not free when collecting from store, which it is for all of your competitors. Offering a £5 voucher is just a way of making another sale and it didn’t even work at the till when I tried to use it!”
