“USC is fantastic and ordering is easy, very rarely disappointed with items I've purchased, the only reason I've given 3 out of 5 stars is that I think delivery is pretty steep at £4.95 a go, even when using click and collect, which is free with most online retailers, and then returns aren't free either! I'd rather spend an extra pound or 2 on the sale items and have free delivery/returns, it's a lot more appealing too, even though I think USC is fab I do order other items you have in stock, for the same price from other websites that have them that have free delivery!”

“I was very happy with the price and the speed of delivery. I bought converses for my daughter for Xmas, however the state that the box arrived in was awful it is squashed and damp and as this is a Xmas present I am not happy.”

“First of all what I ordered was different to what I got. I purchased a black jack & jones coat and got sent a blue one with a tag that said it was black, I decided to keep it as I didnt want to pay for postage. The only good thing this time was the delivery was on point.”

“The clothes are great and really good value. However customer service is poor, the jacket I ordered was faulty and my email has been ignored. So I have had to pay nearly £10 in delivery and return costs for a jacket I don't have due to it being faulty.”

“All items were in stock and I was kept up to date with delivery. Unfortunately I was disappointed that I had to pay delivery charges to pick up in store £4.95!!!”

“The items arrived on time but one of the shoes, a white one, was very dirty like it's been worn and returned back to the shop. I tried returning it but i was informed that I'll have to pay postage. So fairly disappointed with that given I'd paid for delivery to store - BTW most stores offer free delivery to store not USC.”

“Majority delivered all fine. One price of clothing had stainsover the front of it. Have to pay to post back so leave me more out of pocket due to your sending fault goods”

“Delivery within 2 days of order. However, paying £5 for delivery considering order was over £80 is a bit steep and paying for parcel to be returned at customer cost as an item was not right will stop me from using this company in the future.”

“Service, price and delivery was great but I am unhappy that one pair of shoes I ordered are clearly the pair that had been tried on in the shop even though there are more in stock. They had lots of bits from the floor stuck to the bottom of them. As they are a gift I am not pleased about this. The returns process would also mean I would be charged for returning and could wait a lengthy amount of time, I therefore decided I will have to clean them up myself.”
