“Ordered 3 items, 2 items spot on. One item had been tagged up wrong so had different size on tag to the shirt it's self. I now had to pay to send it back and pay for the shirt to be delivered. Silly error and costly for me”

“Order process was smile and delivery was quick. However some of the items were smaller in size than expected (xxl was a better fit to an xl and wouldn't have fastened round the xxl). Out of five items purchased, only two were true to size. Website wasn't clear whether you could exchange online orders in store rather than returning by post, so I emailed customer service to ask. That was on the 29th November and as of 4th December I still haven't had a reply.”

“Products all arrived smoothly. Only problem was that I wasn't pre warned that one of the products was out of stock until payment uad been processed. I was refunded for it however, wasn't happy that I wasn't warned beforehand. This means I have to pay an additional postage fee the next time this is back in stock.”

“The range of products to choose from is good, across a range of budgets. Items are good value for money, but feel delivery fees and no free post returns is pretty stingy!”

“The price's and brands are usually good, I do like what it has to offer but I always find the women's firetrap clothes are not made with quality, quite a few things I've bought have faded after one wash, I had a top with like spikes on the shoulders- I didn't even wash that and the spikes was falling off and that I did return and I didn't even get and apology from the staff. At the Doncaster branch I have always found the staff appear very mardy and customer service is not good at all.”

“Poor returns process, ordered online, returned to store to be told either return to click and collect shop(sports direct) for them to return or post it myself. Cost ME £13 to return it. Disgusting”

“My package. Which was bought as a gift arrived and the shoe box was burst open and the Tkmberland boots inside had come out of the box . The box was torn. I expected the box to be sealed to prevent damage in transition.”
