“Service was ok , from ordering on 1st Dec it arrived in store 6th Dec, would of liked it to been a bit quicker and £4.99 for click and collect is steep. Probably won't use again.”

“I am happy with the majority of the products i ordered. I am unhappy about the belt as it is far to big for anybody but only came in one size fits all.i now have to organise returning at a cost to myself aalthough it would be easier to return it to a store.what i thought would be handle free online shopping is not if you need to return anything.next time i'll b shopping around”

“Great getting items for my son online that he likes but firstly I had to pay £4:99 delivery, I accepted this but when one pair of joggers didn't fit I took them to the local shop but they didn't stick them. He refunded the sale onto a credit note for me to use online and I reordered another pair but have had to pay £4:99 again for delivery”

“It's amazing and all and very fast delivery but there was a problem, out of my 2 orders, one of the orders still had its sensor tag and doesn't allow me to wear the purchase”

“I was abit upset that I chose to have a parcel delivered the next day but it came two days late but item was lovely and after emailing them they refunded the delivery charge to the standard delivery charge so they gave me £2 back”

“Well I wouldn't say that!!!!! I ordered my stuff last Sunday and it is now Tuesday night about 9pm (that is 9 days) and I still have not recieved my order !!!!! Poor very poor service!!!!!”

“I was happy recieving my order from my online shop...arrived quickly. Before i ordered i went into the shop in Inverness...the trainers i had seen online £26...instore £42...bit shocked even said to the girl instore didnt bat an eyelid”

“Ordered from USC in a Monday night for next day delivery, item never came until Thursday but dont know if that was down to Hermes who is the Currier. Having got my item i had to return it for a Larger size and that was a lot quicker so credit in the end.”
