“Quick delivery but was disappointed with the shirts. The packages were both ripped open and the shirts were both screwed up like rags. As they were a Xmas present I wasn't impressed with the lack of care in packing but other than that the process was good.”

“My goods got delivered to store but still cost me £4.99 delivery , and after trying clothing on nothing fitted so had to return it with a post office cost of £8.50 , why cant you be like other company's and offer a returns label for £1.99”

“Items as ordered. Delivery fine. Used collect in store and was pleased to receive a £5 voucher to spend in store. Looked it out a few days later as wanting to purchase something else only to discover it expired on the day I got the voucher. Could have been pointed out when I was given it. Used sports direct for collection. I only used the collect in store as the items I bought were constantly out of stock in store and I would have preferred free in store collection but the £5 voucher would have made up for that.”

“I chose delivery to my local store,was quick in delivering but I don't think you should have to pay £5 to pick up from store. My order was all ok & everything was there,great quality clothes. Not sure if I'd order again though because of the delivery charge to pick up from store.”

“I orderd my dads Christmas a polo which was 10/10 order also a Levi's navy hat with a red logo on the hat when it got deliver it was a white logo on maybe not a big deal but I don't like the white one it doesn't look so good as the red. Went to store she said they don't sell red ones it's only the white ??? Why put a red photo up weird”

“Hi I haven't yet received my goods. Fastway courier are not a good freight service as I can't get answers to where my goods are. It says it has been delayed twice. I know this isn't a fault of USC but I am concerned I won't have my good to put under my Christmas tree.”

“I had to get a size 10 has there was no Size 9.5 might have to return them depending on fitting, there a Christmas present so I won't know yet.”
