“The products I purchased are brilliant, would expect nothing topless from converse, great prices from USC. The only negative is the delivery charges, £4.99 for delivery is fine, but I prefer to use click and collect, and it was the same charge to deliver to one of your own shoes! I find this very off putting.”

“packaging terrible, shirt screwed up an not even in the plastic wrapping. To say its this time of year and people will be buying for presents, very disappointing, also, can only get a credit note or exchange in store, would think at this time of year returns could be done in store for a refund”

“The polo shirt i had been looking for was reduced in price online however i went into store to purchase it and it was full price. The store refused to match it. I had a gift card, So i had to part pay it with the gift card and a bank card online which was a bit of an inconvience”

“The service was good but I one complaint and that is I bought a Soviet Mix Pattern Knit Jumper Mens. The price was £23 but as soon as I paid for the order it was reduced to £15, I'm not happy about that. I think a retrospective discount/refund should be in order.”

“3 stars because the ordering online was easy and effortless ... lost 2 stars however for using Herme's as a courier, the tracking code you released wasn't reconigised one Thierry website, and after I paid for next day delivery it finally arrived 4 days later. 2 days late for the reason I ordered in the first place, and the "we have just delivered" confirmation email arrived 3 days after the event. so will be returning the purchases and will being thinking twice before using again.”

“First time I ordered, USC cancelled an item I had order due to no stock. Even tho it was still listed on the site a week after, items I did receive One of the items came in a different colour then what I ordered. Postage is way too expensive !!!”
