“Ordered two t-shirts, it appears that one colour was out of stock, disappointed that I was never asked if I would like a different colour, instead the first t-shirt was despatched and I had to re-order second T-shirt in different colour therefore having to pay postage twice!”

“You never responded to my emails, I think that's a bit rude, I recently ordered from a deal which said spend £100 get 20% off and get a voucher, which I didn't receive!!”

“I ordered when the 20% was on and i totally forgot to put the voucher code in and obviously never got it off my order. There should be a reminder before you submit the order reminding you that you have forgot the promo code or should just automatically come off the order.”

“Well actually ' I'm not that impressed , I got home the other day and today I opened the parcel , which was partially ripped anyway , to find two of the t shirts not even in the clear bags , unbuttoned , so obviously been tried on not buttoned up or folded and clear packaging not sealed ,to be honest and I don't usually complain , it was a disgrace the way they were delivered, only the light blue one is sealed and folded as it should be , that's the way I received them , I expected a lot more from USC , I appreciate your busy , but a little time and effort , it just looks like they've been worn and thrown into a bag , so no I'm not impressed. Ron.”

“I ordered a jacket and paid for next day delivery but didn't come next day or the next. Advice for size said medium would fit son (38 in) but was tiny on him so had to pay again to return. Refund was prompt though.”

“Ordered 4 pairs of trainers, 3 were great 1 were a completly odd pair. Although it cost me to send them back, they exchanged them fairly quickly, shame it still wasn't the pair I wanted but theres only a slight difference & the pair now match. I think I'll stick to buying in store next time”

“Link to delivery firm never worked said it was out of date when on just received email. Boxes all damaged upon arrival and as they presents it's going to look pretty shocking when opened.”

“Good website, but the cost of delivery to Albania is very high. I think that there should be more than one option for delivery. If the customer needs fast delivery than he should pay, otherwise there shoud be on option of free or low cost delivery which delivers the parvel in a long time.”

“Nothing...firstly I ordered a size 8 and you sent me a size 8.5 and covered it with a size 8 sticker thinking I wouldn't have the common sense to see it was a size 8 and a half why advertisers that you sell a size and not deliver that size? Secondly I paid extra money for a Wednesday delivery only to be told by the place I picked it up from that it will only arrive on Friday!! Two times you dessived your customers..”

“Delivery service was fine. Product selection is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Returned my purchase to the Basingstoke branch and the staff were terrible! The manager fumbled her way through the return while the rest of the staff were miserable, and more interested in draping themselves over their mates who came into the store... I'd be confident in saying they are a reflection on the management.”
